Consent for Electronic Signatures, Records and Communications

Please read this page carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Introduction

ForSureLoans is a loan connection service. We are not a lender. When you submit a request through our website, we may share your information with participating lenders, loan marketplaces, financial service providers, verification companies, service providers, and other companies that help review or process your request ("Participating Providers").

By clicking an agreement button, checking a consent box, or submitting your request, you agree to receive documents, notices, disclosures, contracts, and communications electronically instead of on paper.

What Your Consent Covers

Your consent applies to all electronic communications related to your request, including:

These communications may be provided through our website, email, SMS (where permitted), downloadable documents, or the website of a participating provider.

Doing Business Electronically

By giving your consent, you agree that electronic signatures, records, and disclosures have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures where allowed by law.

System Requirements

To receive electronic documents you should have:

Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of documents by contacting our support team. Documents supplied directly by a lender may need to be requested from that lender, and fees may apply where permitted by law.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting us. If you withdraw your consent before your request is completed, we may not be able to continue processing your request electronically. If a lender has already received your information, you may also need to contact that lender directly to withdraw consent.

Keeping Your Contact Information Updated

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us if your email address or phone number changes. We are not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Record Retention

We and participating providers may keep electronic records, signatures, disclosures, and communications as required by law and business recordkeeping requirements.

Your Agreement

By submitting your request or continuing to use our website, you confirm that:
